Sources say there is a custody battle over Dana and Scott’s two children, aged around 6 and 8, because Scott is “concerned about them being around Rosie,” according to a source, who added that his concern comes from Rosie’s troubled relationship with her daughter Chelsea, who recently accused the star of being verbally abusive and nearly attacking her with a wine bottle.
Rosie has been reportedly dating Dana for at least six months. The pair are longtime friends and Rosie is godmother to Dana’s daughter, Plum.
Dana and Scott were married in 2003, and their wedding was covered by the the New York Times. She had appeared on Broadway in “Annie Get Your Gun” and toured with “Les Misérables” and “Cats” but later became a full-time mom.
