On Tuesday’s edition of “The Joe Rogan Experience“, the podcast star backed DeSantis during a conversation with former MMA fighter and current actress Gina Carano, who was notoriously fired by Disney for her social media activity.
After criticizing President Joe Biden as “a dead man as president” increasingly unable to deal with the responsibilities of his position, Carano asked Rogan, “Are you throwing out any support towards anyone or are you gonna hold off? Didn’t Elon Musk come out recently for DeSantis?”
“Yeah, I think Ron DeSantis would work as a good president,” Rogan responded. “I mean, what he’s done for Florida has been admirable.”
Rogan noted that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was ultimately correct about many of his statements and actions on COVID-19 which were derided by the mainstream media.
