Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer has announced his retirement.
The retirement by the justice will give President Joe Biden an opportunity to replace the liberal justice.
Biden now has the opportunity to take advantage of a Democrat-controlled Senate to replace Breyer.
It has been the goal of liberals to force Breyer into retirement and it looks like they got their wish.
