Jill Biden Defends Son’s Corruption

Via The Washington Examiner:

Dr. Jill Biden said that President Trump’s attacks against her family show that he is “afraid” to face her husband in the general election.

Appearing on MSNBC on Saturday morning, Biden, 68, said that although she expected there to be scrutiny and criticism from the president, she was surprised that it would have evolved to the point where Trump is being impeached over accusations that he leveraged military aid to Ukraine in order to dig up dirt on the Bidens.

“We knew it was going to be tough. Our family knew it was going to be tough,” Biden said. “But we never could have imagined that it would turn into, that Donald Trump would be asking a foreign government to get involved in our elections.”…

“I know my son. I know my son’s character. Hunter did nothing wrong. And that’s the bottom line,” she said.
