An illegal alien from Guatemala has been accused of molesting a three-year-old girl—while living in the so-called “sanctuary state” of Connecticut.
Douglas Hus-Flores, 19, was arrested by police and charged with first-degree sexual assault, and risk of injury to a minor.
According to police, the little girl was rushed to the hospital after her mother noticed she was bleeding—and complaining about pain.

Upon examination, doctors revealed that the injuries were most likely due to sexual assault.
Hus-Flores, who lived in the same house as the mother and daughter, admitted he had sexually molested the little girl. He told police that he heard that toddler crying—and when he couldn’t find her mother, watched cartoons with the little girl on his lap.
Admitting he “felt lonely” and “wanted to be with a woman,” Hus-Flores proceeded to molest the three-year-old.
Despite Connecticut officially being a sanctuary state, immigration officials have officially put a detainer on Hus-Flores.
Hus-Flores is being held in a Connecticut jail on a $250,000 bail.
